Tafsir Ibn Kathir
إِنْ أَنتَ إِلَّا نَذِيرٌ ﴿٢٣﴾
You are only a warner.
means, all you have to do is to convey the Message and warn them, and Allah leaves astray whomsoever He wills and guides whomsoever He wills.
تفسير ابن كثير
" إن أنت إلا نذير " أي إنما عليك البلاغ والإنذار والله يضل من يشاء ويهدي من يشاء .

"إن" ما "أنت إلا نذير" منذر لهم
