لِلَّهِ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ هُوَ الْغَنِيُّ الْحَمِيدُ

Tafsir Ibn Kathir
Then Allah says:
لِلَّهِ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ...
To Allah belongs whatsoever is in the heavens and the earth.
meaning, He created it and has dominion over it.
... إِنَّ اللَّهَ هُوَ الْغَنِيُّ الْحَمِيدُ ﴿٢٦﴾
Verily, Allah, He is Al-Ghani, Worthy of all praise.
means, He has no need of anyone or anything besides Himself, and everything else is in need of Him.
He is Worthy of praise for all that He has created, so praise be to Him in the heavens and on earth for all that He has created and decreed, and He is worthy of praise in all affairs.
تفسير ابن كثير
ثم قال تعالى " لله ما في السماوات والأرض" أي هو خلقه وملكه " إن الله هو الغني الحميد" أي الغني عما سواه وكل شيء فقير إليه الحميد في جميع ما خلق له الحمد في السماوات والأرض على ما خلق وشرع وهو المحمود في الأمور كلها .

"لله ما في السماوات والأرض" ملكا وخلقا وعبيدا فلا يستحق العبادة فيهما غيره "إن الله هو الغني" عن خلقه "الحميد" المحمود في صنعه

«لِلَّهِ» الجار ولفظ الجلالة المجرور خبر مقدم «ما» اسم موصول مبتدأ مؤخر والجملة الاسمية مستأنفة لا محل لها «فِي السَّماواتِ» متعلقان بمحذوف صلة الموصول «وَالْأَرْضِ» معطوف على السموات ، «إِنَّ اللَّهَ» إن ولفظ الجلالة اسمها «هُوَ» ضمير فصل «الْغَنِيُّ الْحَمِيدُ» خبران لإن والجملة الاسمية مستأنفة لا محل لها
