وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا بِآيَاتِ اللَّهِ وَلِقَائِهِ أُوْلَئِكَ يَئِسُوا مِن رَّحْمَتِي وَأُوْلَئِكَ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ
Waallatheena kafaroo biayati Allahi waliqaihi olaika yaisoo min rahmatee waolaika lahum AAathabun aleemun
Yusuf Ali
Those who reject the Signs of Allah and the Meeting with Him (in the Hereafter),- it is they who shall despair of My Mercy: it is they who will (suffer) a most grievous Penalty.

Those who disbelieve in the revelations of Allah and in (their) Meeting with Him, such have no hope of My mercy. For such there is a painful doom.

And (as to) those who disbelieve in the communications of Allah and His meeting, they have despaired of My mercy, and these it is that shall have a painful punishment.

Tafsir Ibn Kathir
وَمَا أَنتُم بِمُعْجِزِينَ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي السَّمَاء ...
And you cannot escape on the earth or in the heaven.
No one in heaven or on earth can flee from Him, for He is the Subduer Who is above His servants, and everything fears Him and is in need of Him, while He is the One Who is Independent of all else.
... وَمَا لَكُم مِّن دُونِ اللَّهِ مِن وَلِيٍّ وَلَا نَصِيرٍ ﴿٢٢﴾
وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا بِآيَاتِ اللَّهِ وَلِقَائِهِ ...
And besides Allah you have neither any protector nor any helper. And those who disbelieve in the Ayat of Allah and the meeting with Him,
Those who disbelieved in the signs of Allah and denied the Resurrection,
... أُوْلَئِكَ يَئِسُوا مِن رَّحْمَتِي ...
such have no hope of My mercy,
they will have no share in it,
... وَأُوْلَئِكَ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ ﴿٢٣﴾
and for such there is a painful torment.
meaning, extremely painful, in this world and the next.
تفسير ابن كثير
" والذين كفروا بآيات الله ولقائه " أي جحدوها وكفروا بالمعاد" أولئك يئسوا من رحمتي " أي لا نصيب لهم فيها" وأولئك لهم عذاب أليم " أي موجع شديد في الدنيا والآخرة .
تفسير الجلالين
"والذين كفروا بآيات الله ولقائه" أي القرآن والبعث "أولئك يئسوا من رحمتي" أي جنتي "وأولئك لهم عذاب أليم" مؤلم

أي بالقرآن أو بما نصب من الأدلة والأعلام
إعراب — grammatical analysis
«وَالَّذِينَ» الواو حرف استئناف ومبتدأ «كَفَرُوا» ماض وفاعله والجملة صلة «بِآياتِ اللَّهِ» متعلقان بالفعل ولفظ الجلالة مضاف إليه «وَلِقائِهِ» معطوف على آيات «أُولئِكَ» مبتدأ «يَئِسُوا» ماض وفاعله والجملة الفعلية خبر أولئك والجملة الاسمية أولئك .. خبر الذين وجملة الذين .. مستأنفة لا محل لها «مِنْ رَحْمَتِي» متعلقان بالفعل. «وَأُولئِكَ» مبتدأ «لَهُمْ عَذابٌ» «لَهُمْ» خبر مقدم و«عَذابٌ» مبتدأ مؤخر «أَلِيمٌ» صفة والجملة خبر أولئك وجملة أولئك لهم. معطوف على ما قبلها
