وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَذُو فَضْلٍ عَلَى النَّاسِ وَلَكِنَّ أَكْثَرَهُمْ لَا يَشْكُرُونَ

Tafsir Ibn Kathir
Then Allah says:
وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَذُو فَضْلٍ عَلَى النَّاسِ ...
Verily, your Lord is full of grace for mankind,
meaning, He abundantly bestows His blessings on them even though they wrong themselves, yet despite that they do not give thanks for those blessings, except for a few of them.
... وَلَكِنَّ أَكْثَرَهُمْ لَا يَشْكُرُونَ ﴿٧٣﴾
yet most of them do not give thanks.
تفسير ابن كثير
أي في إسباغه نعمه عليهم مع ظلمهم لأنفسهم وهم مع ذلك لا يشكرونه على ذلك إلا القليل منهم .

"وإن ربك لذو فضل على الناس" ومنه تأخير العذاب عن الكفار "ولكن أكثرهم لا يشكرون" فالكفار لا يشكرون تأخير العذاب لإنكارهم وقوعه

إعراب — grammatical analysis
«وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ» الواو حرف استئناف وإن واسمها «لَذُو» اللام المزحلقة «و ذو» خبر إن المضاف إلى «فَضْلٍ» «عَلَى النَّاسِ» متعلقان بفضل والجملة مستأنفة لا محل لها «وَلَكِنَّ» الواو حرف عطف ولكن حرف مشبه بالفعل «أَكْثَرَهُمْ» اسمها «لا» نافية «يَشْكُرُونَ» مضارع مرفوع بثبوت النون والواو فاعله والجملة الفعلية خبر لكن والجملة الاسمية معطوفة على ما قبلها
