قَالَ اهْبِطَا مِنْهَا جَمِيعاً بَعْضُكُمْ لِبَعْضٍ عَدُوٌّ فَإِمَّا يَأْتِيَنَّكُم مِّنِّي هُدًى فَمَنِ اتَّبَعَ هُدَايَ فَلَا يَضِلُّ وَلَا يَشْقَى
Qala ihbita minha jameeAAan baAAdukum libaAAdin AAaduwwun faimma yatiyannakum minnee hudan famani ittabaAAa hudaya fala yadillu wala yashqa
Yusuf Ali
He said: "Get ye down, both of you,- all together, from the Garden, with enmity one to another: but if, as is sure, there comes to you Guidance from Me, whosoever follows My Guidance, will not lose his way, nor fall into misery.

Tafsir Ibn Kathir
The Descent of Adam to the Earth and the Promise of Good for the Guided and Evil for the Transgressors
Allah says;
قَالَ اهْبِطَا مِنْهَا جَمِيعًا بَعْضُكُمْ لِبَعْضٍ عَدُوٌّ ...
He (Allah) said: "Get you down, both of you, together, some of you are an enemy to some others.
Allah says to Adam, Hawwa' and Iblis, "Get down from here, all of you.'' This means each of you should get out of Paradise.
We expounded upon this in Surah Al-Baqarah.
بَعْضُكُمْ لِبَعْضٍ عَدُوٌّ
Some of you as enemies to others. (2:36)
He (Allah) was saying this to Adam and his progeny and Iblis and his progeny.
Concerning Allah's statement,
... فَإِمَّا يَأْتِيَنَّكُم مِّنِّي هُدًى ...
Then if there comes to you guidance from Me,
Abu Al-Aliyyah said,
"This (guidance) means the Prophets, the Messengers and the evidence.''
... فَمَنِ اتَّبَعَ هُدَايَ فَلَا يَضِلُّ وَلَا يَشْقَى ﴿١٢٣﴾
Then whoever follows My guidance he shall neither go astray nor shall be distressed.
Ibn Abbas said,
"He will not be misguided in this life and he will not be distressed in the Hereafter.''
تفسير ابن كثير
يقول تعالى لآدم وحواء وإبليس اهبطوا منها جميعا أي من الجنة كلكم وقد بسطنا ذلك في سورة البقرة بعضكم لبعض عدو قال آدم وذريته وإبليس وذريته وقوله : فإما يأتينكم مني هدى قال أبو العالية : الأنبياء والرسل والبيان فمن اتبع هداي فلا يضل ولا يشقى قال ابن عباس لا يضل في الدنيا ولا يشقى في الآخرة .

"قال اهبطا" أي آدم وحواء بما اشتملتما عليه من ذريتكما "منها" من الجنة "جميعا بعضكم" بعض الذرية "لبعض عدو" من ظلم بعضهم بعضا "فإما" فيه إدغام نون إن الشرطية في ما المزيدة "يأتينكم مني هدى فمن اتبع هداي" القرآن "فلا يضل" في الدنيا "ولا يشقى" في الآخرة
تفسير القرطبي
خطاب آدم وإبليس . " منها " أي من الجنة . وقد قال لإبليس : " اخرج منها مذءوما مدحورا " [ الأعراف 18 ] فلعله أخرج من الجنة إلى موضع من السماء , ثم أهبط إلى الأرض .
