Qur'an 20:11

فَلَمَّا أَتَاهَا نُودِي يَا مُوسَى

Falamma ataha noodiya ya moosa

But when he came to the fire, a voice was heard: "O Moses!

ENTafsir Ibn Kathir
The First Revelation to Musa Allah, the Exalted, says, فَلَمَّا أَتَاهَا ... And when he came to it, This is referring to the fire when he approached it. ... نُودِي يَا مُوسَى ﴿١١﴾ He was called by name: "O Musa!'' In another Ayah it says, نُودِىَ مِن شَاطِىءِ الْوَادِى الأَيْمَنِ فِى الْبُقْعَةِ الْمُبَارَكَةِ مِنَ الشَّجَرَةِ أَن يمُوسَى إِنِّى أَنَا اللَّهُ He was called from the right side of the valley, in the blessed place, from the tree: "O Musa! Verily, I am Allah.'' (28:30)

يقول تعالى فلما أتاها أي النار واقترب منها نودي يا موسى وفي الآية الأخرى " نودي من شاطئ الوادي الأيمن في البقعة المباركة من الشجرة أن يا موسى إني أنا الله " وقال هاهنا إني أنا ربك أي الذي يكلمك ويخاطبك .

«فَلَمَّا» الفاء عاطفة «لما» ظرف بمعنى حين «أَتاها» ماض ومفعوله والفاعل مستتر والجملة في محل جر بالإضافة «نُودِيَ» ماض مبني للمجهول ونائب الفاعل ضمير مستتر والجملة لا محل لها لأنها جواب شرط غير جازم «يا مُوسى » يا أداة نداء وموسى منادى
