خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا لَا يَبْغُونَ عَنْهَا حِوَلاً
Khalideena feeha la yabghoona AAanha hiwalan

Wherein they shall dwell (for aye): no change will they wish for from them.

Tafsir Ibn Kathir
خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا ...
Wherein they shall dwell (forever).
means, they will stay there and never leave.
... لَا يَبْغُونَ عَنْهَا حِوَلًا ﴿١٠٨﴾
No desire will they have for removal therefrom.
means, they will never choose or want anything else.
This Ayah tells us how much they love and desire it, even though one might imagine that a person who is to stay in one place forever would get tired and bored of it. But Allah tells us that despite this eternal stay, they will never choose to change or move from where they are.
تفسير ابن كثير
وقوله " خالدين فيها " أي مقيمين ساكنين فيها لا يظعنون عنها أبدا " لا يبغون عنها حولا " أي لا يختارون عنها غيرها ولا يحبون سواها كما قال الشاعر : فحلت سويدا القلب لا أنا باغيا سواها ولا عن حبها أتحول وفي قوله " لا يبغون عنها حولا " تنبيه على رغبتهم فيها وحبهم لها مع أنه قد يتوهم فيمن هو مقيم في المكان دائما أنه قد يسأمه أو يمله فأخبر أنهم مع هذا الدوام والخلود السرمدي لا يختارون عن مقامهم ذلك متحولا ولا انتقالا ولا ظعنا ولا رحلة ولا بدلا .

"خالدين فيها لا يبغون" يطلبون "عنها حولا" تحولا إلى غيرها
