قُلْ نَزَّلَهُ رُوحُ الْقُدُسِ مِن رَّبِّكَ بِالْحَقِّ لِيُثَبِّتَ الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ وَهُدًى وَبُشْرَى لِلْمُسْلِمِينَ
Qul nazzalahu roohu alqudusi min rabbika bialhaqqi liyuthabbita allatheena amanoo wahudan wabushra lilmuslimeena
Yusuf Ali
Say, the Holy Spirit has brought the revelation from thy Lord in Truth, in order to strengthen those who believe, and as a Guide and Glad Tidings to Muslims.

Occasion of revelation
(And when We put a revelation in place of (another) revelationﾅ) [16:101-102]. This verse was revealed when the idolaters said: ﾓMuhammad is mocking his Companions; one day he commands them to do something and the next day he forbids them from doing it, or brings instead something which is easier. He is nothing but a calumniator who says things of his own inventionﾔ, and so Allah, exalted is He, revealed this verse and the verse after it.
Tafsir Ibn Kathir
قُلْ نَزَّلَهُ رُوحُ الْقُدُسِ ...
Say: "Ruh-ul-Qudus has brought it...'' (meaning, Jibril),
... مِن رَّبِّكَ بِالْحَقِّ ...
from your Lord with truth,
meaning, with truthfulness and justice
... لِيُثَبِّتَ الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ ...
for the conviction of those who believe,
so that they will believe what was revealed earlier and what was revealed later, and humble themselves towards Allah.
... وَهُدًى وَبُشْرَى لِلْمُسْلِمِينَ ﴿١٠٢﴾
and as a guide and good news for the Muslims.
meaning He has made it a guide and good news to the Muslims who believe in Allah and His Messengers.
تفسير ابن كثير
فقال تعالى مجيبا لهم " قل نزله روح القدس " أي جبريل " من ربك بالحق " أي بالصدق والعدل " ليثبت الذين آمنوا " فيصدقوا بما أنزل أولا وثانيا وتخبت له قلوبهم " وهدى وبشرى للمسلمين " أي وجعله هاديا وبشارة للمسلمين الذين آمنوا بالله ورسله .
تفسير الجلالين
"قل" لهم "نزله روح القدس" جبريل "من ربك بالحق" متعلق بنزل "ليثبت الذين آمنوا" بإيمانهم به
تفسير القرطبي
يعني جبريل , نزل بالقرآن كله ناسخه ومنسوخه . وروي بإسناد صحيح عن عامر الشعبي قال : وكل إسرافيل بمحمد صلى الله عليه وسلم ثلاث سنين , فكان يأتيه بالكلمة والكلمة , ثم نزل عليه جبريل بالقرآن . وفي صحيح مسلم أيضا أنه نزل عليه بسورة " الحمد " ملك لم ينزل إلى الأرض قط . كما تقدم في الفاتحة بيانه .
إعراب — grammatical analysis
«قُلْ» أمر فاعله مستتر والجملة مستأنفة .
«نَزَّلَهُ رُوحُ» ماض ومفعوله المقدم وفاعله المؤخر والجملة مقول القول.
«الْقُدُسِ» مضاف إليه .
«مِنْ رَبِّكَ» متعلقان بنزله والكاف مضاف إليه.
«بِالْحَقِّ» متعلقان بمحذوف حال.
«لِيُثَبِّتَ» اللام لام التعليل ومضارع منصوب بأن مضمرة بعد لام التعليل وفاعله مستتر واللام والمصدر المؤول بعدها متعلقان بنزله.
«الَّذِينَ» اسم موصول مفعول به.
«آمَنُوا» ماض وفاعله والجملة صلة.
«وَهُدىً» خبر لمبتدأ محذوف تقديره هو هدى والجملة حالية.
«وَبُشْرى » معطوفة على هدى.
«لِلْمُسْلِمِينَ» متعلقان ببشرى.
