وَقَالَ الَّذِي نَجَا مِنْهُمَا وَادَّكَرَ بَعْدَ أُمَّةٍ أَنَاْ أُنَبِّئُكُم بِتَأْوِيلِهِ فَأَرْسِلُونِ
Waqala allathee naja minhuma waiddakara baAAda ommatin ana onabbiokum bitaweelihi faarsilooni
Yusuf Ali
But the man who had been released, one of the two (who had been in prison) and who now bethought him after (so long) a space of time, said: "I will tell you the truth of its interpretation: send ye me (therefore)."

Tafsir Ibn Kathir
وَقَالَ الَّذِي نَجَا مِنْهُمَا وَادَّكَرَ بَعْدَ أُمَّةٍ ...
Then the man who was released, now at length remembered and said:
The man who was saved from the two, who were Yusuf's companions in prison, remembered. Shaytan plotted to make him forget the request of Yusuf, to mention his story to the king. Now, years later, he remembered after forgetfulness and said to the king and his entourage,
... أَنَاْ أُنَبِّئُكُم بِتَأْوِيلِهِ ...
I will tell you its interpretation,
the interpretation of this dream,
... فَأَرْسِلُونِ ﴿٤٥﴾
so send me forth.
to the prison, to Yusuf, the man of truth.
So they sent him, and he said to Yusuf,

لذلك " أنا أنبئكم بتأويله" أي بتأويل هذا المنام " فأرسلون أي فابعثون إلى يوسف الصديق إلى السجن ومعنى الكلام فبعثوه فجاء .
تفسير الجلالين
"وقال الذي نجا منهما" أي من الفتيين وهو الساقي "وادكر" فيه إبدال التاء في الأصل دالا وإدغامها في الدال أي تذكر "بعد أمة" حين حال يوسف "أنا أنبئكم بتأويله فأرسلوني" فأرسلوه فأتى يوسف فقال :

يعني ساقي الملك .
إعراب — grammatical analysis
«وَقالَ الَّذِي» الواو استئنافية وماض واسم الموصول فاعله والجملة استئنافية.
«نَجا» ماض مبني على الفتح المقدر على الألف للتعذر وفاعله مستتر والجملة صلة لا محل لها.
«مِنْهُما» متعلقان بنجا.
«وَادَّكَرَ» ماض فاعله مستتر ومعطوف على نجا.
«بَعْدَ» ظرف زمان متعلق بادكر.
«أُمَّةٍ» مضاف إليه.
«أَنَا» مبتدأ والجملة مقول القول.
«أُنَبِّئُكُمْ» مضارع والكاف مفعوله وفاعله مستتر والجملة خبر.
«بِتَأْوِيلِهِ» متعلقان بأنبئكم والهاء مضاف إليه.
