قَالُواْ يَا هُودُ مَا جِئْتَنَا بِبَيِّنَةٍ وَمَا نَحْنُ بِتَارِكِي آلِهَتِنَا عَن قَوْلِكَ وَمَا نَحْنُ لَكَ بِمُؤْمِنِينَ
Qaloo ya hoodu ma jitana bibayyinatin wama nahnu bitarikee alihatina AAan qawlika wama nahnu laka bimumineena

They said: "O Hud! No Clear (Sign) that hast thou brought us, and we are not the ones to desert our gods on thy word! Nor shall we believe in thee!

Tafsir Ibn Kathir
The Conversation between (the People of) `Ad and Hud
Allah, the Exalted, informs that they said to their Prophet,
قَالُواْ يَا هُودُ مَا جِئْتَنَا بِبَيِّنَةٍ ...
They said: "O Hud! No evidence have you brought us.
This means that they claimed that Hud had not brought them any proof or evidence for what he claimed.
... وَمَا نَحْنُ بِتَارِكِي آلِهَتِنَا عَن قَوْلِكَ ...
and we shall not leave our gods for your (mere) saying!
They were saying how could his mere statement, "Leave these gods,'' be sufficient proof for them to leave their idols!
... وَمَا نَحْنُ لَكَ بِمُؤْمِنِينَ ﴿٥٣﴾
and we are not believers in you.
This means that they did not believe what he was saying was true.
تفسير ابن كثير
يخبر تعالى أنهم قالوا لنبيهم " ما جئتنا ببينة " أي بحجة وبرهان على ما تدعيه " وما نحن بتاركي آلهتنا عن قولك " أي بمجرد قولك اتركوهم نتركهم" وما نحن لك بمؤمنين " بمصدقين .

"قالوا يا هود ما جئتنا ببينة" برهان على قولك "وما نحن بتاركي آلهتنا عن قولك" أي لقولك

أي حجة واضحة .
إعراب — grammatical analysis
«قالُوا» ماض وفاعله والجملة مستأنفة.
«يا» أداة نداء «هُودُ» منادى مفرد علم مبني على الضم في محل نصب على النداء.
«ما» نافية .
«جِئْتَنا» ماض وفاعله ومفعوله والجملة مقول القول.
«بِبَيِّنَةٍ» متعلقان بجئتنا.
«وَما» الواو عاطفة وما نافية تعمل عمل ليس.
